Richard is a tour arranger par excellence. There was seemingly nothing he could not do from produce candle
holders and fresh mint for Havdalah to manufacture a dessert where there was none to, literally,
tracking down a backpack that went in the van of another organization and so ended up in
another hotel!! He is a delight to work with.
