Cancellation By Tours Trips Treks & Travel

Tours Trips Treks & Travel reserves the right to cancel any trip or service agreement due to acts of nature and/or any other occurrence out of our control associated with operating in a developing nation. We are not responsible for additional expenses related to trip cancellation not booked through us, such as airline, ground transportation or hotel cancellations fees.

Confidentiality

We and our employees and contractors will treat as confidential all information (other than information in the public domain) which you provide to us including (without limitation) your health and other personal information. We and the Medical Liaison may only use this information and may only disclose this information, if necessary, in connection with the provision of the Services and to assess your application and your fitness to travel.

Fatigue Management Policy

The Medical Liaison has restricted manual handling duties.
Services requested can span over several hours or days. This allows for extended patient care, long-haul international air travel or extenuating emergency situations. It is expected that during normal hours of work a medical liaison is entitled to an acceptable minimum break of 8 hours after any 12-hour working day. This however is flexible, and any additional charges may be incurred as agreed between the customer and Tours Trips Treks & Travel on a case-by-case basis.

Force Majeure

Tours Trips Treks & Travel’s failure to perform any term or condition of this Agreement as a result of conditions beyond its control such as, but not limited to, third party provider unavailability or cancelation of scheduled appointments, war, strikes, fires, floods, acts of God, governmental restrictions, terrorism, power failures, or damage or destruction of facilities, shall not be deemed a breach of this Agreement.
